Default Are there any bash spots around where im living?

I live in Everett and I was wondering if there are any bash spots within 30 minutes of Everett. Im looking for construction sites, wide open hilly/bumpy clear areas, etc. Im not looking for any tracks though.

do u have a yard? if u do cut a little area in the back or somethin ver very short down to the dirt. if u run in it enough it might become a nice area of dirt to bash in.

I found areas around where I lived using online things like google (satellite) maps and google street-level views.

best thing to do, get on a bike or in your car and check the area out properly, even walk if you have to.

I already have been driving around like 4 other city's around everett and everything is fenced off. So my dad and I are deciding to litterally make our own little track at McCollum Park if we have permission to. I also realized that my yard is better than most of the place's we have been looking around becuase it has a little ditch I can jump in and out of, and it also pretty big compared to other yards.
