I have to admit, I too am a RC addict. I always wanted a RC vehicle but never had the money or time for one. A few years ago, at the age of 58, my wife bought me my first RC car an Exceed Extreme buggy. Now I have 6 rc vehicles. The Extreme, Schumacher Havoc and 4 Duratrax Warhead EVO's. I am constantly upgrading parts, wheels tires etc. I am currently fighting the urge to buy a different model. I will try to improve on what I have.

I wish I didn't have to deprive myself. Right now I'm living off of Ramen so that I can free up the money to get a Summit, and add to that a Losi Mini Crawler. Saw one of them today and had to add that to the wants list. Wish I got paid more at work.

Nothing wrong with you! I've had the R/C bug since I was a kid......I had the luxury of my dad being a Regional Mgr for Radio Shack so every Christmas i was pretty much guaranteed a R/C car, truck, or boat. Now that bug seems to have grown into a big money sucking cockroach. I always have the urge to keep making what I have better. Currently my RC lineup consists of a HPI Sprint 2 and a HPI E-Firestorm (both brushless now). Since I've got the touring car and sport truck segments covered I now have the urge to buy something with BIG wheels than can crawl over stuff. Will it ever end??

It will never end, it will just sno ball bigger & bigger!
Just look at the many variaties of vehicles there are to get into.
this hobby branches out in every way from the cars themselves to electronics, soldering, brazing(building crawlers)
so many skills to aquire! You can get as deep into any area as you want to.
Or just keep it simple (plug & play) so to say!
