You can either use an HTML embed code, or use the "upload" feature in the "post reply" window. Note that you need to actually click post reply to get that, it doesn't work in the fast reply.

Another way to do it and the way I like to do it is open up a free photobucket account and they create links that you can copy to your post.

upload them to a picture server site. Photobucket, Yahoo, Google, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter. then copy and paste the likn/url inbetwen these tags:
