Does anyone know what wheel offset I need for that body? Or, better yet - does someone have a chart or something showing what HPI wheels are best matched to what HPI bodies?

What chassis are you looking to put it on? Since it is a 200mm body, if you're looking to put it on a nitro chassis, the stock offset for your vehicle would be fine. If it's an electric chassis, you will need an incremental 5mm offset from stock.

i think its 3mm front and 6mm back

It's an electric, but I think the car in question (Sprint 2 Flux) uses 200mm bodies stock anyway.
