I have an RC10GT I bought used about a month ago. It has a .15 motor on it and I don't know the brand. I got it running right away and tuned the engine and checked everything out. It's been a great car until yesterday. For some reason now when I get it going at top speed it just quits. There is no pop or strange sound it just stalls out. I have a good glow plug in it, no air leaks (at least that I can see from checking), a clean air filter, plenty of fuel in the tank, and it's still running like it's tuned properly. I can start it back up after it stalls with no problems, but the same result. If I drive slow it's fine and when I get it all out the motor quits. But I have to get it wide open for about 5 or 10 seconds before it quits. Any suggestions would be great. Not sure if a rebuild is needed soon, but I'm willing to try other tactics to fix this before going that route. The engine is supposed to be nearly new.

From: aelse,
sounds like you can't get enough fuel to the engine at full speed. maybe the problem is solved if you make the fuel line a bit longer. also, is the exit of the tank faced to the front or the rear? it should face the rear, because when you drive the fuel wants to go to the back of the tank, thus leaving (with 1/2 tank or so) none or little fuel in the front.
hope this helps you out.
