Back to the Nitrous....... JAG RC is pretty shady lookin to me,no pics, one page site...Yeah,I wanna send em money
First thing I would wonder is will a glow plug burn Nitrous? I would have to guess that it will because you can blow nitrous through a lit cigarette and get a 2 inch white/blue flame from the tip. That is not open flame, plus the cumbustion of the nitro would help.Assuming it burns and gets along with the nitro, you could do it but it will surely run hotter so you'd have to control that some way...great thing about nitrous is when you uncompress it it gets really cold
Now for setting it up on a car,I know everyone is picturing a whipped cream charger as a tank and so am I...perfect size. You'd need to be able to puncture it and pressurize a line so youd need some bb gun parts for that. Then you'd need a ball vavle to control the flow with the throttle servo and make it proportional to the carb.If ya get that far all youd need to do is run the line to the air intake on your car,I'd make an intake tube and tap a barb fitting in the side but angled down with the air flow. This would force really cold, highly explosive nitrous in the engine and it might just work really well.

ok, propylene oxide (PO) is nasty stuff. it's a skin-absorbable poison that could kill you if enough gets in you. it'll burn your skin, causes cancer, react badly with certain metals like copper...all kinds of bad things. actually, now that i think of it, nitromethane is just as bad lol also it's very hard to store, must be kept cool and in a mtal can. it will pass right through the walls of your plastic fuel jug. stick with nitro my friend.
but, if ya REALLY GOTTA GET SOME.... here ya go

"Nitrous oxide is made up of 2 parts nitrogen and one part oxygen (36% oxygen by weight). During the combustion process in an engine, at about 572 degrees F, nitrous breaks down and releases oxygen. This extra oxygen creates additional power by allowing more fuel to be burned. Nitrogen acts to buffer, or dampen the increased cylinder pressures helping to control the combustion process. Nitrous also has a tremendous "intercooling" effect by reducing intake charge temperatures by 60 to 75 degrees F. "

Wow thats a pretty dramatic drop! I didnt know about that!
So its actually a liquid supercharges?! increases the density of incoming mixture?! lol
but note.. thats 572 degrees F. Wont do jack to your RC motors which prolly dont exceed 400 degrees tops at the hot spots.
I checked the exhaust of my mower.. 585 degrees.. Bring on da NOS!
lol Add in some nitro and that things gonna either bend the blade.. or straight up blow! lol
Regarding propylene Oxide:
"Propylene oxide is a volatile, flammable liquid that is soluble in water, alcohol, and ether. It is highly dangerous when exposed to heat or flame. It has a violent reaction with hydrogen chloride, chlorosulfonic acid, hydrogen fluoride, and oleum. It should not be stored in the presence of acids, bases, chlorides of iron, aluminum, and tin, or peroxides of iron and aluminum; any of these may cause violent polymerization. Propylene oxide is miscible with most organic solvents, and forms a two-layer system with water. It is incompatible with anhydrous metal chlorides, iron, strong acids, caustics, and peroxides, and reacts vigorously with oxidizing materials. When exposed to flame, propylene oxide will burn with a hot flame like isopropyl if not confined, but it may explode if confined. Polymerization may occur due to high temperatures or contamination with alkalis, aqueous acids, amines, and acidic alcohols. "
In short.. STAY THE HELL AWAY! This thing will polymerize inside your engine! It eats aluminum.

nos smoss.. .. I just want to see someone drive a flaming wreck around the parking lot.. like a RC nitro truck/car in flames flying around the parking lot before smashing and dying or melting and dying..

If u want a good boost of speed why not attach a small turbine to your car and make it swing on a pivot so u can silde through turns hey i got another idea why not run some NOS throuh the turbine as well!!! or just buy the Rhino turbine 39 pounds of thrust should give u a nice top speed but why stop there attack some big model rocket engines to it as welll maby 3 I's u will go faster that these rocket cars then http://mcneely.net/nrca/frame_events.html look at the Jean Dry Lake Bed, NV, February 8, 1997 read the peak speeds for the rocket cars WOW!! average 195mph peak of 400mph

I like the CO2 shop class car. Those are set off by a pin knocking the seal out of the cartridge. It's a one shot deal but they can kick a car made out of pine up to 70mph in the blink of an eye. It doesn't last long but it'd be fun trying to hold the car on the road & it wouldn't damage your engine.
