Both are good, but the 625 will have more torque and same speed.

JR Z590:
Torque: 85 oz/in (@6.0V)
Speed: .15 sec/60 deg (@6.0V)

Hitec HS-625MG:
Torque: 94 oz/in (@6.0V)
Speed: .15 sec/60 deg (@6.0V)

Not sure how much the Z590 sells for but most places sell the 625MG for $35-40.

The hitec 6 series is some SERIOUS bang for buck!

But I Was wondering..

Just getting into 1/10 onroads and whats a good servo set for that?
You know how everyone uses the 56 series for MTS all the time? Is there a popular set that you guys use for onroads?!

I guess I'm lookin for about 80 oz/.10 or something like that for steering?

Airtronics has some super fast servos that does .07 sec and can put out 120 some oz/in of torque, I forget the # (might be 94357Z) but costs $120.

I run an Airtronics 94359 200oz/in at .10 (6V) for steering and gonna install an Airtronics 94257 110oz/in at .06 (6V) for throttle. The first one sells for $120 and the second one goes for about $105 from Nitrohouse. Both are coreless and plenty fast.
