suggestion for first time car for beginner
Hi
I would like to get into RC cars. What is a good first time RC car. I would like something that can go on both road and dirt/grass. Electric. Suggestions for price and manufacturer would be helpful. Also something that I can upgrade (wheels etc...body). Also what kind of radio control unit.
Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
Thanks
Peter

In my opinion, the Traxxas Stampede is a good 1st rc car. It is durable, and easy to repair. Parts are easy to come by and the truck itself is pretty inexpensive. I think the shop down the road from me is selling them for $190 ready-to-run.

Hi
Thank you for the advise.
I went to my LHS and bought a Traxxxas Slasher 4x4 rtr. It is BIG. I feel it will give me a good start. Its electric. Maybe my next rc will be nitro. Thanks Again.
