ehroof 04-04-2008 12:24 AM

Hey if someone could let www.himotoracingusa.com know that if you add pictures to the parts that makes a diffrence :), also if they could take a little time and state weather or not parts are compatiable with Diff himoto models if they did these 2 things I would visit there more often and frequently for my parts.. wich lately i seem to be going through alot of parts.... damn trash cans.. who put that there [:@]

ehroof 04-05-2008 03:50 PM

RE: Himoto suggestion box

its a temporary site bro, just type in the part number in the search and it will come up or you can always email for now with any questions [email protected], it takes time for a professional site to get up and running, we just wanted to be able to offer people someplace to get parts until things start to get working, lol. pictures will be up shortly.

ok I think himoto needs to produce a stadium truck that will compete with a jato

firebird78 04-09-2008 09:53 PM

RE: Himoto suggestion box

my suggestion is that their should be a flyer put in every new rc box with information about this forum..... who knows how many people own rc's that dont know about rcu...as far as the manuals are concerned I hear they are better then cats...I just hope the are more detailed with a newb in mind...I hope there is detailed information of the importance of putting the piston at bdc and methods they can use to know that it is...also the importance of getting to operating temps asap...basically it would just be great to have something in the box that lets them know if they need help there are people wanting to help them....this way they dont have to go searching for help...

how about the idea of painting the dogbones and drivecups bright colors to make them easy to see if you lose them while out running. i think that was adam's idea but i may be wrong.

yea i said that... That has saved me a few times now.. and it works GOOD!!!!!! if you want it a bright color... 1st paint them with a white primer. let dry.... then paint them with the bright color.

RE: Himoto suggestion box

i think it would be good idea to see if himoto plans on offering rollcages for the mxt-2s. or if we got some building to do lol.

RE: Himoto suggestion box

OR y not just put in the universal dog bones instead of the regular ones

ehroof 04-10-2008 01:24 PM

RE: Himoto suggestion box

the dogbones on the megap's wont fall out like other brands, they are locked in the drive cup by the wheel, excellent design.

ehroof 04-10-2008 06:57 PM

RE: Himoto suggestion box

we do have from 13-20 tooth clutch bells, lol. they will be here in the states next week.

we are working on more spur gear options and soon metal spur gears!!!!!!

Hibityhupla! 04-10-2008 07:12 PM

RE: Himoto suggestion box

nice!!!! They should do like a lot of the other companies and go to a threaded bell with gears up to 30t for those of us who want high speeds...
