I have just bought a Fatuba 2pl off ebay, I live in australia and bought it off someone who live in aus I thought it would be a 27mhz model but it turns out it is a 75mhz model, since running 75mhz is ilegal is it possable to retune it to run on 27mhz or 29mhz and use a different Rx. or am i stuck with 75mhz I might be able to get away with 72mhz if that is possable and import some crystals.

any advice is good

Its not really possible. You will probably need to get a new radio.
