Spektrum Receiver
Hello I have a DX3 and was wondering which receivers can I use. I know the SR3000 works cause it comes with it. How about the SM3001. I think that is there new receiver and its tiny compared to the stock one. Can the SM3001 be used with the DX3??? Thanks

The SR3001 is the pro series reciever and believe only can be used with the pro series module . The SR3500 can be used with any Spektrum radio or module .

The SR3001 receiver can be used with any Spektrum system OTHER than the ones that are specifically marked for the Futaba 3PK "HRS". You just won't get the full benefit of using it with a Spektrum Pro Series module but it is compatible with a DX3 if for some reason you are in need of a receiver and that's what your hobby shop has or if you're just looking to get a little bit quicker response. I got my SR3500 today and am having trouble binding it to my DX3. batteries are fully charged have the bind plug plugged into the B slot. Battery in the A slot and throttle and steering in the T and S slot. but it just keeps on flashing. Can someone help me, Thanks. And also my antenna wire is only 3 inches long when I got my SR3000 it had an 8" wire. My SR3000 binded without any problems
