Default RE: How long do Alkaline batteries last in a transmitter?

depends on the transmitter, battery brand, and how much you use it. a typical alkaline has about 2600mah. a typical transmitter consumes about 250mah. so in theory, you will get around 10 hours continuous use... but before you reach 10 hours the voltage will likely decline to the point you cant use them anymore... maybe 5-8 hours? (just a guess)
