That would be interesting. I would start with a G-10 deck and build it from that...

On another note, I had a fast traxx!!!!
My brother had the baja bandit.
His was faster on the straight line but mine went right through the grass like nothing while his got stuck. hehe
I remember back in the day I was 5th or 6th grade and my brother and me had our Tyco RC's.
My traxx wore out and kept falling off so I called the customer support @ tyco and with my moms credit card, ordered up a fresh set of trax for it!
Man, it felt good when those new shoes showed up but then the battery tray kept dumping my battery pack on the street and dragging it underneith. I had to use duct tape to hold the battery lid on. My brothers baja bandit blew the gearbox so it was dead and so I decided to also retire the Fast Traxx. My brothers closet had all our "dead" rc cars.
After we graduated high school there must have been 20 cars/boats and whatecer else in there. I remember I pulled my Traxxas SRT from that closet before we moved. Good thing I did because I still have it to this day.

I'm new to the forums, but I wanted to say that it's nice to see some threads about cars like the Fast Traxx, Golden Arrow and others.

I've been collecting for a long time, and usually have some stock that I'm selling. I recently sold two NIB mint original Fast Traxx. And I have one more left - if anyone wants it. Feel free to visit my vintage RC blog, and contact me there if interested.

cheers,
RC.
