Default WING SERVO MOUNTING?

I'm using a fairly high density white foam and I hear that servos can be stuffed into undersized holes somehow, instead of the hard wood rail method. Anything that eliminates work and weight, words to live by.

it works but may I suggest that you wrap the servo body in tape and epoxy it into that hole. The tape is to allow you to remove the servo easier if the need arises. The pressure method only works for a little while because hard landings , much less dirt naps, will cause the hole to enlarge when the foam compresses causing the servo to be able to move instead of the control surface.

Just a thought,

JESTER-

I usually use hot melt glue here. It hold well and you can get it off when you need to. I've used Foam safe CA in a pinch. Not easy to get off!

I use the 100% silcone glue, same stuff as used in bathroom showers, etc.. Its more flexable than the epoxy, so it will give alittle bit. But its not soo flexable that you have aileron slop
