Default Wanting to get started.

Been into rc cars for some time mostly nitro off road and am interested in getting a drift setup dont care nitro or electric, just looking for a good affordable setup to get started any suggestions are appreciated. thanks.

I am looking into getting an inexpensive kit too, so far ive decided itl need to be drive shaft, not belt due to my driving conditions.  Electric, not gas just cuz it seems easier, and more suitable.  After that I notice a 4wd kit that has a good center of weight proportion is ideal.  An hpi E10 or hpi sprint 2 drift stuck out to me.  Being a traxxas fan.  I dont know yet though, E10 d seems about right

I bought a TT01 about 4 years ago for drifting. I still run it, haven't upgraded a thing except got a new body for it and I still love the car. There are better platforms out there obviously, but the car is a ton of bang for the buck if you don't mind assembling your own ride.

Id rather put my own together, that way i know everything is tightened up right.
