Hey just joined like 10 mins ago.
just got a Tl-01 given 2 me by a friend. i have a stock motor. i think its 27t (i heard thats ideal for drifting?) and i used my old sprinter speed controler along with a 1700 batt.
i am trying to make the PVC pipe tires. is there anythink i should know with the setup or what i should need for drifting?

Hi rc-driftness, i see your from australia as well, cool. As for the car, ask your frined if he has had
the same problem like that and see wat he can do for you, But if all is bad, there is always the
hobby shop.

a roll or electrical tape
OR
a mitor saw (sorry bout spelling) and some pcv or abs pipe (pvc is harder and white, abs is softer and black) (65mm pvc fits OVER my wheels)
TIPS: if u go for the pipe option and it is not a tight fit, dont glue it on, wrap electrical tape around your wheels first.
if the pipe is a really close fit but wont quite get on, use some soap or mr. sheen (furniture polish), they stay wet for a while but when the dry the work like a really crappy glue, so u can still take them off.
