i have a Reedy 12trn motor and a LRP comp.II speed controller do you guys think that this will work ok for me in a tamiya TT-01 chassis(its the 2001 subaru model)?
Hope to hear a responce and thanks for your help.

sounds good to me.. you probable want to get an aluminum driveshaft and some bearings along with some other basic upgrades though, since it is a pretty basic car. It is also good to get a motor with a high torque, so if the 12 turn doesn't seem to work good, switch to a 19 turn. You also will need to make tyres from pvc pipe, abs, or get the yokomo drift rings. The tires are one of the most important parts.
