yea they are well built. They all come preglued with treads on them. Im buyin them for the streetracing side of my tt-01[8D]

You can use those shocks, just use shock limiters. You can either use o-rings or small plastic washers and fit them on the shock shaft under the piston when you assemble the shocks.

Tc3 shocks will also fit in terms of length and you can adjust accordingly because they already include shock limiters. THe only thing you'll have to worry about is finding the right mounting screws, as the tc3 shocks use a pivot ball insert mounted on a 4-40 screw whereas the tamiya uses a 3mm tapping screw.
