air compressor and give it a quick once over or you can take everything apart and blow parts off with those cans of compressed air that you would use to clean keyboards and such and take a toothbrush and go over everything.

My Method.

1. Blow dry the chassis to loosen up dirt and grime with the heat.
2. Brush it off with a 1 inch think hobby brush (paintbrush).
3. What ever is left between small areas are sprayed with chassis cleaner and wiped off.
4. Then I clean out the motor and relube it.

You take the endbell off your motor by taking the screws off holding it. Then you take the armature out (don't loose the washers) and clean the armature, can, and endbell with motor spray or compressed air and some qtips. Then you relube both shafts on each side, relube bearings/bushings and you put it back togethere.
