Some of the Best drifter shells I have seen have been done in Pink.... so don't knock the pink....

If you don't like pink try Tamiya Cherry Red... Same color just a different name so you don't sound so ... femine

It's here...and it's a convertible now! I couldn't keep the temp down when I was running with the body on, so...I went topless. It doesn't look bad, and it runs much cooler now. Also, I had to pair the two of mine up for a pic...

Ha...thats funny (how you cut the top out). I just cut out the windows out to fix the problem.
That body in the pic will be my "basher" body. I have a new Silvia body coming in with light buckets and everything else...that one will not be a convertable! I got my LED's in yesterday, so I'm pretty excited about putting together a "show" body.

I purchased a set of 8 with several different blinking patterns. They're pretty sick, but I've never done a body with light buckets before, so I hope it comes out nice. What's the best way to attach the buckets to the body? I wanted to try and rig up the switch to change the blinking pattern on the fly, but I'm not sure how to do that.

I'm not sure...I got it from Ebay. The only problem is that the light buckets are pretty shallow, so I'll have to do some heavy taping to make them work. There are 8 different flashing sequences though, so hopefully it will come out ok. I'll probably have to buy another set with smaller led's. Do you have any recommendations?

Hmm, nice ride.
I'm currently painting my Basher Ferrari Enzo flat black windows.
Now, I'm thinking of flat blacking the whole thing.

Good bright set. I had to customize them a bit to avoid removing the bat/rec. box every time, but that was easy. Good deal too!!!

Wowoie!
Very nice deal.

I just got my resistors today, gonna solder everything when I get some time :P
I'm having two headlights
2 brake lights
2 green (for a two cars, thy're gonna be in a small tube, making a bar) on the left
2 blue (same thing) on the right
If I get everythign to work, it's gonna be tight.
But I have 3 cars, and another coming, so I'm either gonna have to skip the bars (maybe just one led, and something in the other end), or just skip the bars completely.

My first attempt at a custom body w/ LED's. I'll get better at hiding the wires! Looks pretty good though!
