Default NEW DRIFTING MOTOR..

Whats a good step-up motor from a Tamiya Sport Tuned 540 for drifting?
Right now Im using a TT-01 Chassis.. Thanks!

Specs:

6-8.4V (5-7 cells) usable voltage range
18,300 rpm at best efficiency
350 g-cm torque at 18,300 rpm
peak rpm: 21,000
peak current draw 50+ amps
1/8" motor shaft

cool! whats the diffrence from tz and rz? besides diffrence in rpms..

i have a cheap $20 19turn method motor. so far so good its the best bang for the buck. i use a 22t pinion gear and 61t spur gear.

75T lathe motor will work perfectly!

Another Question: will a Tamiya ESC TEU-101BK ESC work with a tamiya tz or rz motors?

20 turns and up are good for that ESC.
