What Surface are you driving on ??
For Drift it must be smooth as a babies Bum.. (or as smooth as possible)
What Battery pack are you using... for Drifting I recommend any Battery rated above 3000mah..

The Carpark surface may be too rough.. or the Tamiya Drift Tyres are too grippy.. a Change to either A polypipe tyre or a HPI drift tyre may be needed...

hey SHADOWnyc1993,
got the same chassis but not the body...change the tires, i was playing with my stock tires and didn't have much fun with it...just wont slide.
go to home depot and buy yourself an ABS pipe(black in color[$6], pvc is white), i also bought a pipe cutter at SEARS and after a bit of tuning, your car will drift like there's no tomorrow
just make sure to sand the edges of the pipe to round.
btw, im using the tamiya stock motor and esc...
