Default Videos of Your Drifter...

There are threads of pics, but I couldn't find a thread of videos of everyone drifting their rc's. I know mine's a 1/18th, but I went out today and had a blast making this video. Maybe we should keep this one going. Post your videos here!

That's a nice video! I just ordered that exact car. I'm excited, but I've got at least another 3 or 4 days to wait. I've heard that drifting with nitro is hard, but nitro seems much more fun. The 18R above is my first drifter and it's pretty fun, but I definitely need nitro.

I think we should make this thread a sticky just like the pics. I like the pics thread, but it's really awesome to see peoples' cars in action. Post what you think. I PM'd the moderator, but did not get a response. If you think this should be a sticky, just reply with a yes, and maybe the moderator will see that.

Thanks,

give me a few days. im waiting for my rims for my drift tires that i make (and no they are not ABS or PVC but a differant plastic that is made to be used on paper machine). i make them at work on my free time on a CNC. whey will last for a long time! buddy of mine had a set of rims to put some on and he has gone trough at least 10 batterys now and hardly any wear. they are not as slick as pvc neather. i know cuz thats what i tryed first.
i just got done painting the body and posted that in the painting forum for now with rubbers on it so i couldnt post here in the drift forums yet plus im going to put lights in the front too.

I got them off of Ebay. It's like $10 for 3 sets. Search "sushi drift" on ebay and they're the first item that pops up. The guy was a little slow on shipping, but it's definately worth it. You also get the "I Love Drifting" sticker with the set.

Honestly, I prefer the hard rubber, but it's $20 a pop. I tried the sushi drift tires because it is 9.99 with free shipping on Ebay. After I used them for a bit, I actually started liking them. I also keep my RPM's down a bit more, so my temp stays lower. I've ordered a set of HPI T-types to try those out too. We'll see how that goes.

You're lucky you have room to do all that...
If I attempted it, it would be really lengthy and narrow and when cars drive by, they won't know what to do.
They basically sit there and wait for you to get the car off the road hahaha
