am reading all about the pros and cons of locking and or tightening diffs in tt01s? my question exactly is what do i do to lock my diff? and what do i do to tighten? what is the difference? am running standard gears.any help would be greatly appreciated

Or you can use small balls of paper,plastercine or bluetac inside the diffs to semi lock them

so do you fill part number gb3 & m11-13 full of bluetac?

just use hot glue gun and glue the gears together in the diff. then close the diff.. it's super easy to remove later if you wish to unlock as you know hot glue don't stick to metal gears.

so glue the bevel gears together?

yes, just fill in all the space, when you close and tighten the diff case some glue may leak out. that's ok. I use some of my sons silly putty.

If you use glue just let it dry before you put the diff back the car.

if it is he set-up as the TLT...just place the bevel gears beside each other...so you can still unlock if you want
