SPAZSTIX IS ACTUALLY GOOD PAINT BUT BE REAL SURE YOU CLEAN YOUR BODY, AND IF ABLE, GET THE SPAZSTIX PREP CAN OR IT WILL CHIP EVEN WITH A GOOD BACKER.

Spaz Stix Prep is all Isopropyl Alcohol, it says so on the label so save the money and get a big bottle at the pharmacy. rippnlip is right, your body needs to be squeeky clean, that and minimal paint thickness is the key to a good paint job. If you lay on thick layers it will chip. Lay enough color just to cover and a light backer coat. For better paint adhesion some guys etch the body with a scotch bright pad. If you do this you need to wash the body really good before painting.
