it can do ovr 53 but its bin rathr windy & washs out at speed. i jus put sum new tires on. 2 maro il do anothr run.

I dont have anyway to radar and cant make up my mind if i want to buy some form of radar or not.

However, I think my Jato would be more than willing to challenge that if lowly nitro's were admitted to this challenge

Your gearing is pretty much fixed And you havent ran it yet

The Jato really gets rolling in 2nd gear though. Its one of the most fun r/c's i have ran in a while. I believe im getting some good tires for it for christmas and cant wait to really try it out with the new tires[8D]

I am waiting to get tires for it before i run it. I don't want to shred the ones I have since they will be very ineffective on this truck the way it is. It also may only be single speed compared to your 2 speed jato but I can pull taller gearing than you can and get away with it without bogging the engine!

As Isaid, I have just started an offroad nitro speed challenge over in the general disscussion forum. We should probably take this over there. Once we post some vids we will see who has the faster truck![>:]

I made a few passes with my Rustler using 86/23 gearing and the ESC has started giving me trouble. It started glitching really bad and is having issues binding with my rx. If I can get it figured out, then I will try to make some more passes. 86/23 on a 2s SPC 25c 5000mah Lipo in my Rustler is insanely fast. I don't know the speed, but it wheelies at half throttle.

The esc completely stopped binding to my rx, so I never got a good run in. The truck is now in pieces as it donated a few parts to my Nitro Rustler. I will rebuild it probably in May.

I thought it wuld be a good time to revive this challenge. Everyine has had the winter to get their setup put tgether. Now that the weather is getting warmer we should be able to see some people post up some speed runs!

I just ordered some new batts for my RC18T so I will be able to defend the top spot!

For anyone who is not familiar with the rules check the first post. Lets get this challenge rolling again!

I have my Rustler back going. Ended up being the motor was shot. I am now running a 4000kv 9.5t HW. I am not sure what kind of speeds it will do with 2s. I really need to find a gps I can use.
