Esc? Xl5 and vxl3Tonight me e10 has a xl5 esc will not reset t .i have done the steps. It will not do the single red blink to double red blink sequence. My friend has a vxl3.
My question is can i use the nimh 3000mah 8.4v 7 cell. And a titan 12t 550 with the vxl3?
Also how would i set up the lead wires coming from the esc to battery
The vxl3 will br given to me if compatible with the battery and motor. Ive tried to the research but i have a hard time understanding what i am finding out about the vxl3.

Yes, you can use those together. Connect the ESC>battery wires like any other. Does the VXL still have the Traxxas battery connector on it? If so, and your battery connector is Traxxas, you're good. As for the ESC>motor, I think you use the yellow and blue wires from the ESC? Google "how do I connect a Titan 12T to a VXL?".
