Thanks. Those are pro line talons wheels on the front and claws on the rear, a little beat up now. These are my new starz wheels in this picture and you can see the antenna. That's one reason I really love the spektrum, you can have a really short antenna and not have to poke through the body but still have unreal range.

yup i have the DX2 again thanks to RAZ for talking me into it... one of best investments i ever made... incredible range no gliches, the car responds better, no need to worry about crystals. small antenna on car and small rubber antenna on the transmitter. i love it.

ok i just got off the phone with spektrum support again and i told them my situation about me playing then all of a sudden the light turns off on the rx and it goes nuts, he said it might be your rx might be too sensative and loses voltage so i need a voltage capacitor here is the pic,[link]http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=SPM1600[/link] But i told him it does it with a fesh battery too, he goes hmmmm. should i try this and see or just bring it in for service. Does he make any sense???

Thanks for the motor recomendations guys.
Tough decision to make.
It seems like the P2K2 has the highest RPMs, that would make it a faster motor, correct?
I've also noticed I can get the Reedy Quad Mag for just over $30. I've seen some mention of it through this thread, wouldn't it fry my current Sprint ESC? Would there be that much of an increase in speed?
Maybe I should go scope out the local track and see what they are running there.
Thanks again guys... I actually read this entire thread (here and there over the last week). Good stuff.

So how do I run larger size tires? Do I have to get larger wheels? Some extra ground clearance would be nice to have

Your Vader looks like it sits up higher than mine Raz, could just be the picks I guess [sm=confused.gif]

try the proline dirt hawgs, best tires I have ever run-(IMO) I used them on all my STs, nitro and my evader st pro... they hook up on all surfaces and give you some more ride height

Yep, you're right. It seems that is an old web site that hasn't been updated. The company name is Hammad Ghuman and he makes some really nice stuff that is available at Stormerhobbies, but it appears the alloy B2 diff gear has been discontinued.[&o][&o]

ron that website has not been updated in a while cuz the company is out of business. theres no way you will get a B2 diff gear from them or any online store.... your best bet is to search ebay and pray... also you can type it in a search engine to see if theres dealers that sell it... i got mine that way and i even wanted to get another one from them but like i said there not in business anymore. i got lucky and got there last one.

i got a question for all the evader owners. has anyone tried to install the aluminum nitro rear suspension arms on the elctric... i know they dont fit the way the electric is now with the toe blocks... BUT if you were to install the aluminum toe block from the nitro doing the necassary modifying, Drilling new holes into the rear chassis plate you can install then the nitro rear suspension arms right? im dying to get a all aluminum set on my silvader and the only reason i wont do it as of yet is cuz they dont make alumiinum arms for the electric.
