ok check your pinion and spur gear 1st. make sure the pinion is on the motor shaft good and tight there is a set screw on it that you tighten and then make sure it is makin contact wit spur gear

finally broke something today...[X(]...[sm=lol.gif]...the antenna tube-lol
question,in this pic you can see how high the front a-arms sit.it has kind of a "nose high" stance, which i think contributes to it's "fish-tail happy" handling characteristics.is this the normal stance, and if not,how do i lower the front a little (adding pre-load clips to the shocks obviously raises it)?
thanx!

truthfully i hate when antenna tubes break, it exposes the wire for damage. and if damage accurs then the radio will go out of wack causing the truck to go nuts and crash. ( assuming you dont have a safety switch that is ) lol

evaderkid,i'm not sure, but seems like the ext would be a better candidate than the standard evader because of the gear diff.

do they spin together when the motor is running? Does your tranny make any wierd noise like one of the gears is stripped?

you have the stock ESC on the evader ST... then get either the Trinity CO27 pro motor, or the Team Orion Core motor... there both 27t motor but you will see a nice speed difference compared to stock.... ALSO i have heard it is the regular ST Stock ESC that people were able to run a 19T motor, in that case i would recommend the 2007 Team Orion ELEMENT motor, the 2007 Peak DYNASTY motor ( same motor really ). Those are my first picks, then also the Team Checkpoint MONEY motor and the Trinity komodo dragon motor.

heres a mod i said i'ld post a week ago but never did...
pic one: the screws that hold the things that hold the rear A arms on well for me said screws come loose alot and i know it must wreck havoc on somthing so i figured how can i get these to stay one
pic 2: easy bolt um on good and add a bit of locktite i will say that the back to bolts did need to be dremeld a bit so the tranny case could fit on

I run the Trinity C027 pro, in my Evader BX, it way faster than the stock motor that came with the buggy. I think it's a good choice for a upgrade.

t's are turns or winds on an electric motor, the more t's the slower the motor will go but the more torque it will have the higher # of t's fast more amp draw and less torque, now some motors are better than others so a really good 27t could be better than a 20t,
random fact 27t is considered stock 19t is mod... for racing
