is there a way to change from the weird pin system used on the ext to hubs like on my merv? or is the pin a common way of mounting wheels on the ext? (lol im new the stadium trucks sorry)
http://www.thetoyz.com/cart/thetoyz_...&cat_name=SC10

You can use 12mm hex wheels like traxxas, hpi

edit : boy was I late lol

Slash wheels will work fine. You will need rears though.

Hey Guys I have a question   I bought some pl Edge tires and am wondering which side is out  as on side has 2 ribs facing same direction and the other side has 2 ribs back to back facing opposite directions I believe the latter is the inside as it has sidewall that extended onto the footprint of the tire

There is no wrong way to mount them.

They are mode for 2 diffrent track conditions.

the double groove goes inside for loose condition and outside for high traction

actually there is a wrong way to mount tires.

I use the jconcept mounting thingys. Black tape works just as good

But once you glue one side of the tire. Wrap that side of wheel and tire with tape and allow to dry.

/// \/ \/ \>outside. More aggressive steering

/ \/ \/ \\\>outside. Less aggressive steering

edit : from someone who has used them

Single blade for more aggresive steering

I really regret getting the vader at hobbytown. It was more expensive than on tower and i have a crappy charger which has a timer and has a fixed amp rate. The charger was 45. Then i got a 2000mah battery for 20.
I should have waited for the new vader and the knowledge of tower and how overpriced things are at lhs's.

I have no idea why i said this.

the dye was so super easy, even though the color is different while it is still in, a little more purp than Iwanted was suppose to be royal blue lol but yeah deep passion purple even better

Ihave no Idea on the ext, on the eraze when it ran for the few minutes it had no problem hooking up with tire on the rear only (badlands) remember Ishredded the fronts instantly, but it seemed to hook up. Iwill get video if it running Ihave to make some new longer wheel pins before Itry though
