Is this where I should post this ?
I already have a truck for bashing and now I would like a stadium truck for hauling a**.
Criteria:
-easy access to hopups
-somewhat durable(I don't want to be fixing it all the time but I don't want a heavy car)
-won't have major transmission issues with a brushless system

Ya, this is where you post. That's kinda tough, because the only st's with good stock tranny's are the losi and t4, but they're not as durable as the others, but they are very good trucks. The evader pro can be made into brushless with a new idler and loostening up the slipper clutch bolt. It is a great basher also.

Go for the losi xxx-t or an AE t4 or t3 if you find one on ebay. They can take the power of the brushless and put it to the best use. Also, the xxx-tmf2 is also a good choice becuase from what I have heard, Losi graphite is very strong. If you go with an evader get the evader pro because the first evader has brittle plastic. And if you want to get a traxxas vehicle, then you will need an aluminum idler gear for the tyranny for it to hold up to a brushless and then some bearings and bearing carriers. The traxxas vehicles are heavy and slow in stock form but if you really want to reduce weight, there are a million places on it where you can take a dremel to it and reduce some weight on it. After you do that it will still have its durability (if you do it right) and it'll weigh less making it faster. Im not sure about the Raven ST so you will have to do some reasearch on that on your own or find somebody that owns one.

My evader meats your criteria and already has a brushless motor/esc in it and I never have any tranny problems... It's also very durable.... PM me for info
