Default Switching AE spur gears???

I have a vintage RC10 - with a 32pitch pinion and spur gear and an RC10T - with 48pitch pinion and spur gear.

Does anybody know for sure if the spurs can be swithced from both cars. I know the pinion gears would mount on any 540 size motor, but I am not sure about the spurs if they would mount on different transmissions with the slipper clutch.

I just dont want to spend time taking them apart and find out that it would not work. This would really cut my downtime.

Default RE: Switching AE spur gears???

they can be mounted as long as they have the same [inside] shaft diameter hole and the same pattern for the friction pegs [or diff balls].
