Tamiya needs to bring back some more of those pack-in bead lock style tires.

Those are on the bruiser too and they work great. Plus, you can replace tires without buying new wheels everytime.

Yeah, they work great esp. for non-racing application.. it adds some unspung weight / rotational mass, but not critical for most people anyway..

The odd's get greater the more you buy them lol. Personally, even if I head more than 2 cases of AI's failing I wouldn't get one. But I experienced it before.. Twice [X(].

Tamiya TEU-101 is a pretty good ESC.. it is rated up to 60A, I think.. so the 27T rating is WAY underrated...

it's rated to use ANY tamiya motor isnt it?

dont get me wrong, it's a good ESC when it's set up, but setting it up just annoys me so mmuch lol

But of course, the basic's still the same.. put the oil in and pump it a few times and let it sit for awhile to get the bubble out of the oil...

I found that the dtx car stand is a great shock holder, has four holes for four shocks

This is the tool to push the sealing piston into the cylinder..

Instead of using the newer rubber seal, this uses a rubber sealed metal piston with a screw hole in the middle.. pushes it in, let the oil out a little bit, clean that off, put the screw on, then put a spring on the other end.. close the cap..

Yes, newer shocks are easier to build..
