Hmm I think I need that on my DI... It acts up sometimes when I gun the throttle... But I wanna try and be cheap. Could u tell me what cap it is (or get a nice macro shot if it (sides with the numbers and specs...

Also are u getting foams for the stock tires? I wonder if I should go ahead and get some.

LOL.. to be honest w/ you, I can't read it from the cap as it is installed onto the chassis already.. I assume you just need some cap that can handle 5-6V (BEC output)...

I have another one coming in, so I can try to read the info (if any) out of it when it comes in a couple of days... !

lol.

Hmm... lets say 6v and 3A? Hmm but what different would that be with the novak servo regulator?

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJJF6&P=7

I read its recommended for use with the EVX coz of its low BEC amp output (for 4WS.)

I actually have no electrical knowledge (gotta ask a buddy of mine who's in Electrical Engineering.)

What's the BEC output from EVX? 1A?

It depends on how you are going to use the regulator.. if you are connecting that to the BEC slot of the RX, and you are gonna cut the power line from the ESC, then the cap would still be beneficial, I am sure...

If you are hooking up the servo directly to the regulator.. then I guess it is still helpful, but since the BEC from ESC is not burdened by the servos, the power cap is probably not as needed..

This is just some guess..

I wanna get the cap for the DI coz I get glitching when the car is at a reasonably far distance and I gun the throttle (it never gets old ). But thinking of the servo regulator for the TXT when I procure more funds for 4WS (gonna be running Hitec 645MG.) I don't know how much more those bigger servos are though. I read it can take 1/4 servos. The BEC of the EVX is 1.5A if I'm not mistaken.

well with 5" tires and a 12.5" WB I'm not so sure if much running over will happen, but if it does the TLT can always call on its R/C possy to come and beat your TXT to a pulp with my emaxx and savage! [>:] lol R/C wars
