B4 to T4 conversion, how hard is it?
What excatly would it take to convert a B4 to a T4. I believe the trannys are the same. I know the front end would need to be changed, how about the rear? Are the chassis' the same?

Other than the trans, there isn't much the same. To make your B4 a T4, you need:
Chassis (longer)
Front Arms
Rear Arms
Front Shock Tower
Rear Shock Tower
Turnbuckles
Maybe a couple more things, but I think I got most of it.

you defiantly need the front shock tower, front axles, turnbuckles, front a-arms, rear amms, rear driveshafts.
in theory, you could run the shorter chassis, you will sacrifice some stability, but not much. you might be able to squeeze the rear tower under the body, it will be close. all together, you are looking at about 60-70 bucks to convert it over unless you go to ebay for your parts.

Sleepy, how does the T4 handle the brushless. I bought a XXX-4 with a brushless motor/esc just for the brushless system. I am not into buggies so I am going to sell the XXX-4 and buy a stadium truck. I had an old rustler roller lying around so i dropped the brushless in there and it is great except that it flips in the turns and was wheelieing until I wore off the rear threads. I want a T4 (possibly an XXXT) to put the system in. I figure it will handle and drive much better with the brushless than the rustler is.

t4 handles the brushless with no problems at all. no parts need to be replaced to run it. I also dont have problems with flipping or rolling, but then i dont set mine up to do wheelies or anything.
