Default Brother's first kit R/C; Tamiya TT-01 Lancia

My brother decided to take the jump and buy his first R/C kit. We were able to put most of it together tonight, but he still needs a servo/ Any recommendations?

The interior still needs to be painted, but for the most part it's done. The body came finished and I think it was for the best. It was pretty fun and we can't wait to get it running.

The Impreza is a Carisma 1/14th RTR and it's not a bad beginner car. He's had it for about a year or two and was ready for something more hands on.

Very Nice. Funny, when we took the body out of the box it was cracked in the same place as well. Guess that's an issue on that body style.

Nice job on the car!
As for the servo, just a standard Futaba 3003 should work fine.

But will be slow. Try a 3305, I love them. (I think Lunchy does too)

Ya, the front of the body is very weak. I used Tamiya reinforced alum tape to help it stay together.

A Novak XRS will be going in later this week.

he does, but it's aluminum tape, not duct tape.
