Thats scary. I am always concerned with battery safety. My lipos are in a metal ammo box thats vented. I never charge outside of a fire bag or box. I don't worry as much about my nimhs but now I will pay more attention. Thanks.

Yes, it's definitely a good idea to store your LiPO batteries in a metal box. Also, never leave them charging unattended.
