Default Computer Power Supply Conversion

Just received (2x) 12v 10a power supply's from my Electrical Engineering teacher today in school and I was told they work fine. I need help plotting out my instructions on what to do to convert these two power supplies into capable power supplys for a lipo charger. I know that amps are crusial in this and Im pretty sure that 10a will be fine. It also has different ports for a 3.3v 16.7a, and a 5v 16a. Im not sure what Ill use those ports for right now but Im sure I can think of something. All help is appreciated.

Don't let it intimidate you, it looked bad to me to at first. Just take it one step at a time, its easier than it looks.

Thanks for the positive encouragement! When and if I do get these converted I will most likely be selling one. I dont know if anyone would be interested or not.
