Default Help with Rustler VXL hex please!

I just threaded one of the rear wheel and hex nuts of my Rustler VXL. Both the inside of the wheel and the hex nut threaded so the wheel just slips and wont lock in place.

I am going to get a new hex nut set, probably alloy and new rear wheels.

My questions are firstly how do I remove the hex nuts from the shaft when I take the wheel off?

ALso will alloy hex nuts be ok with plastic wheels or should I stick with plastix hex nuts.

I can't see how I can remove these hex nuts so any help is appreciated.

Cheers

c'mon. Do some research. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJH98&P=V LOL It doesn't say it's for the rustler but I'm pretty sure it should work.

just pull on the hex it will come off.

make sure your nuts stay tight(no pun intended) so that they dont strip the hex

Sure, Alu hexes are fine with plastic wheels.
