A 15 turn limit on an esc means the number of turns can't be LOWER than 15t. Higher is fine.

He said 15 AMP esc, which means NO!!!!!!!! You will melt it.

You need at least a 30 amp esc.

I think the RV15 would be fine, but I agree. A 15 amp ESC would not cut it; usually a 15A ESC is rated for 400-size motors that are found in parkflyers.

If you're looking for a waterproof esc, try looking at the Associated/LRP line of Esc's

I don't know why they state it puts out 15A, because mine put out around 37A. They've got something screwed up there...

But anyway; why do you HAVE to get a "Waterproof" ESC. None of those are waterproof, and maybe water resistant. The best way to make something resistant to water is to seal it in a plastic case or in a balloon or rubber bag of some sort.

The mtronics will work just fine. That is a 15 TURN esc, and probably has an amp rating of 50 or so.
