yup. That is wrong.
Batteries don't push amps.
Motors pull amps.
Go read some.
And watts are a measure of joules of energy per second.
It's a measure of force in a certain amount of time just like horsepower.
A more efficient motor will produce more watts at less amperage and current (amps)

watts= amps x voltage
and the amount of watts a motor will draw from the battery is only dependant on the load on the motor.
a motor can only take what the batteies can push out.. so again power is limited by your batteries

somewhat.
Sorry if you think i am being pissy, i just like to be direct.
The output wattage and the amperage drawn for a given load depends on the efficiency of the motor.

Yeah, I agree with Carlbellybutton10 on that, you need to get that truck dirty. And you have any videos of your E-Maxx running?

Well, been kinda keeping it secret from most people, there are some who know, but.............
I AM GOING BRUSHLESS WITH MY E-MAXX!!!!!!
I plan on running a Medusa V2 Afterburner 36-60 2000 Kv motor, Mamba Max ESC, and 4S Li-Po. I will get pictures as the build continues .

CONGRATS MAN!!! You are gonna love your E-maxx brushless, it will rip, make sure to get vids when you can. Are you doing the Mamba Max OR the Monster Mamba Max, either one is great, I am running the Mamba Max with a Feigao 8XL and 4s lipo, I am getting at least 45 mph, and great runtime, are you running two 2s lipos or one 4s lipo? Also another choice for battery and more voltage would be two SPC ENER-G 4600 Maxx Packs, but just one 4s lipo would be way more voltage, but good luck with it.

RE: The Beater Builds Thread
IMO you should've went to the feigao 7xl instead of just the 8xl. it my just be my imagination but for the same price you could have more speed and torque. but thats just my opinion
