It seems like a great car, but I'm not sure what you are asking with regard to the lipo.

OK. An adaptator/connector necessary for connect lipo? it's nimh or lipo?

Look at HPI's website, pull up the Flux and have a look at the electronics. They come standard w/ deans plugs and below the picture say "6-7 Cell NiMH/ NiCd or 2 Cell Lithium Polymer"

So you can run lipo or nimh.

Like Webdr said, the ESC can handle the above mentioned batteries - you just have to make sure you match connectors.
