Default Reflex USB installation problem

Just bought Reflex sim and install it even though the USB interface is not recognized. I am getting the message "No Reflex interface detected".
I am following all the instructions given in the troubleshooting section in Reflex web site for redirecting the drivers to a specific path in the installation CD but even if I am specifying the .inf file when I am pressing OK to complete the installation following message appears "The specified location does not contain information about your hardware".
Does anybody have any idea what is going wrong? I initially had Win98SE but now I installed Win XP Pro but nothing changed. All other USB devices are working perfectly.

Make sure your USB controller is recognized by XP in the computer first.

Go to Control panel from the start menu. Click on game controllers and see if you can find it? You can also check all the axis etc.

If this is OK then install your simulator. You may have to uninstall first to get what's already in there out before you can install the program properly?

Good luck,

Jim

The controller is recognized. Exists in the hardware profile with no exclamation next to it and I also have other USB devices working perfectly.
I have install the program in three different computers (home, office, laptop) all three with different setups and OS but the result is the same. Reflex says that cannot find the USB interface and when I am trying to redirect the installtion to the Relex drivers I ve got The specified location does not contain information for your hardware device.
Damn I was waiting one week to get the program and start practicing and now I have the program and is not working.
