Getting Serial Numbers for G2 Add-Ons???

I had to un-install and re-install my G2 with all the Add-ons. When reinstalling, of course, it asked for the CD's serial numbers.
That's when I noticed that the stickers on the backs of the jewel cases for Add-Ons 1 & 2 are missing now. I still had the ones for the original G2 as well as Add-ons 3, 4, and 5.
So, I emailed RealFlight and asked if I could get the disks replaced or somehow find a way to activate them. I offered to send in the original disks and jewel cases, and pay a replacement fee, but I haven't heard back from them after a week.
I also thought that, where the system is electronically registered and it periodically downloads updates to me, that it might have my s/n's on file there... just send the s/n's to the email address that's with my system info - then you know that it's going back to me, and not to a pirate somewhere.
I suuuuuuuure don't want to pay another $30 each for two CD-s that I already own, just because a couple of stickers fell off.
Has anyone else had this experience? I don't know whether I'm being ignored (quite possibly) or if it takes this long to get back to a questions.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Bob,
Are you sure that you have the original Disks?,
Because AddOns Vol. 1 doesnt require a serial number. You can see this answer in the realflight website.

Raul

Hi Raul,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, they were the original disks... I don't like using 'borrowed' software.
It had been so long since I'd installed them that I had forgotten... there is no serial numbers for the Add-on disks themselves... I finally found an answer to my question - enter the serial number for the original G2 when you install Add-ons 1 & 2.
It's just that when I saw the s/n's for Add-ons 3, 4, and 5 with their own unique s/n's, I just 'assumed' (and yes, I know the definition, I practice it daily :-D ) that 1 and 2 also had their own unique s/n's too.
So, the short answer was to use the original G2 disk s/n when installing Add-ons 1 and 2 'cuz they don't have their own numbers.
Thanks for the reply,

Hello N1EDM,
I had the same problem a few months back and had to uninstall and reinstall my whole G2 systom.
I talked to a Tech. at GreatPlanes and they said when installing Vol. ! & 2 you are to use the numbers off the back of your G2 jewel case. S when it askes for a number just type in that one and you will be fine.

Thanks, Nedyob,
I came to figure that out (read the msg above yours) but thanks for the info anyway. As I said, it'd been a looooooooong time since I'd installed those two upgrades and had forgotten that little quirk.
Also, it would have been nice if RealFlight had gotten back to me in a timely manner with that info. I never heard a word from them. I wonder what their Customer Support was supposed to be supporting?
Granted, in the end the question was a lame one, but I would have liked some kind of acknowledgement for it.
Thanks again,
Bob
