I've got one that I made, modelled after my actual Avistar. It was on the RealFlight Swap page, but they since removed it. It requires one of the add-ons for the semi-symmetrical airfoil (I thin add-on 1 but not sure).
PM or email and I'll send it to you.

I'm interested in whatever info you have on an Avistar in RealFlight. I've got the repaint but I've been trying to tweek the PT-40 to make it fly like my .40 Avistar. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I have discovered that many of the configuration parameters like wing angle of incidence and engine down thrust for the Avistar are listed under tech notes on Tower Hobbies' web site. I was able to tweek the dimensions of the wing in RealFlight to get the square inches listed at TowerHobbies to match the value displayed on the simulator's Misc. tab for editing the airplane. I still have some work to do on the weight but I'd like to think I can get the wing loading values to match also. I'm using 2 degrees for the dihedral. I'm pretty happy with the accuracy of the simulation with the possible exception of the throttle. I have to cut the throttle to about 1/4 for the simulation to behave similarly to the way my plane behaves at about 1/2 throttle. I've tried messing with the ATV values on the radio but with only some success.
Some of the other settings: fuel capacity, overall length, CG of wing.
