What is this "CD-ONLY" version of Aerofly Pro Duluxe.

of a guy selling AFPD CD-ONLY versions for 25.00 with buy it now.
The auction says:
"THIS IS THE CD-ONLY VERSION OF AEROFLYPRO DELUXE SIMULATOR, THE LATEST R/C FLIGHT SIMULATOR FROM IPACS,
THIS VERSION DOES NOT! I REPEAT DOES NOT NEED ANY USB INTERFACE AND IS MADE FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE A USB
PORT ON THIER COMPUTER. YOU DON'T NEED TO PLUG ANYTHING INTO YOUR COMPUTER, JUST INSTALL THE SIMULATOR ONCE"
Anyone tried this? 25.00 sounds too good to be true, but he has 99.93% feedback, 234 total feedbacks and has been a member since March 2003.[:-]
