Yeah it should work, but it's not a real good card. I'm not real sure about G3, from what I read, it takes a pretty good card to run that. I have an FX 5200, 256mb on my old computer and it will run Reflex. I don't get a real good fps, but it does work.

I have a fx 5200 video card and the G3 works with a avg frame rate of 30 with most of the settings turned off.
In my opinion it's not any better than the G2 if at all.
I also use the Microsoft flight sim 2004 and the graphics and frame rates blow the G3 away and thats a 30 dollar game!
Personally I would return the game and get a G2 to save money if it was returnable. The FX 5200 is on the list of acceptable cards but I would consider it a bare min. Not to impressed with the $200 game.
