Ken is a great guy and is really good into making models for ClearView. If anyone is also interested to make new models or how to convert FMS models to ClearView, please e-mail me from http://rcflightsim.com web site (support) and I will try to help with any info I have.

Skirtz,
I assume you already have been told that stealing Reflex sceneries for your purpose could get you into deep legal trouble. Do you really think, letting others publish reflex sceneries and "hiding" them by a simple horizontal mirror makes it better or more legal?

I can't believe that stealing copyrighted material to make your product look better still is something that seems to be a kind of gentleman affair.

Skirtz,

Please comment on the validity of the allegations. I will have to remove your thread if it is proven true. Much obliged

You smell war? What a funny sense of right and wrong. Let me see if I get that right: Somebody is stealing others work and somebody is opposing it. For me that is perfectly clear, I can't see a war here. I can even see why Rajul is waiting a second here but he is the boss so we just wait and see.

Want a bet? Download that piece of theft, open the picture and I can even name 2 persons sitting there.

Nothing seems to happen ... let's give you some backup:

As obviously no one is interested in the bitter truth and RCU is tolerating this fraud and theft, here is the evidence:

What is what? Maybe Reflex stole from Ken but how come I know 2 people on that pic?

Ken & Skirtz, I call you a thief.

Mike,

Actually, what exactly is the allegation? Kurt is known for loose talk. I feel no need to get down to his level and start arguing. If he has legitimate issue, he must resolve it with me first. Matters like this are not resolved in public forums. This guy has no issue, his agenda is to smear my product.

You can't close my thread because he (Kurt) is out of line. If you are the admin here, you should delete his post as being outright unprovoked attac on me.

What exactly is the allegation? Skirtz, you are kidding. You are promoting your product and don't show much respect the the copyrighted work of others. Skirtz, this is that last warning. Wolfgang just gave me a message that the next time he will send his lawyer first. Ken was stealing the pic and you were promoting it. If I would steal your source code ad Rajul would tell everybody where to get it ... whom am I talking to. You don't get the message anyway. Stop making your fortune on other proples work and everybody is happy.
