Default Anyone got their hands on Phoenix yet?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone had a chance to play with the new Phoenix flight sim? I am particularly interested in the features it has for F3C practise with the helicopters and models for the job? But obviously it has some other bling in it too which could make it a great and entertaining sim to use? A friend sent me a link to a review this morning and it kinda got my attention, see the link below. Anyone?

Cheers
Spacey

Great! So from your response I gather you feel the review is accurate. Well ok that already helps alot. You haven't perhaps had a chance to play with the F3C stuff have you? What I would like to know is if the cones etc the sim has is customizable and usefull for practising hovering manuvers etc? I mean if you can actually pick the heli up 7meters abover the ground and have a view of the cones to get positioning without the heli being the size of a sand grain on the screen?

There's a Knight .50 available on their site now. At work so haven't downloaded it yet, but I'm thinking of buying one so I'd definately like to try it out!

Right my buddy Ade up in the UK managed to get me this screenshot of the F3C setup on the sim to give me an idea of what's going on. Looks usefull to me? The quality of the shot is not amazing but it's obviously compressed some. I think it might be time to find something to sell.
