I just bought the FSone software with the controller I installed the software and when I try to run the program I get a usb is not connected. I looked on their help sight and all it says is that there must be a problem with my usb port, thats strange because it works fine with G2 & G3 no problem with them they seem to work fine on the same port. Anyone else have that problem? Wish they hade weekend suport.[:@]

Next, plug the controller cable into the USB box.
Now, plug the USB cable into the PC. You should hear the USB sound as the PC detects it.
Verify that the PC is seeing the USB interface and controller by using the Game Controllers tool in the Control Panel of Windows. You should see an entry for "Hangar9 FS One v1". Click on Properties. You should see axes data. Move your sticks -- you should see the red bars move. Click Cancel and when back at the Game Controllers window, click OK.
Now, restart FS One. It should start normally without the USB warning.
Let me know if you still have problems or if this fixes your problem.

This seems to be the problem but how do I fix it?
Thanks Brain

If you are seeing "Hangar9 FS One v1" appear, you should also see a status of "OK". If you don;t get an OK status, FS One will not be able to read the device.
The other possibility is you can see it in the list and the status is OK, but the axes don't move. Is this what you're seeing? If so, exit the Game Controllers tool, disconnect the USB cable from the computer, plug in your Tx or the TacCon into the USB box, and then plug the USB cable back into the PC. Can you see the axes move when using the Game Controller tool at that point?
